Pumpkin Spice Egg Nog Pie

Talk about the perfect combination during the holidays. A pumpkin pie like no other, this recipe will definitely make it a holiday tradition. 

Filling:
1¼ cups Hollandia Dairy Egg Nog
1 can mashed pumpkin
2/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon 
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. salt
3 Large eggs

Pie Shell:
1 (9-inch) frozen pie shell

Preheat oven to 375° degrees. In a large bowl, whisk all filling ingredients until well blended. Pour into frozen pie shell on cookie sheet placed on middle oven rack. Bake pie 60 to 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool on wire rack. Garnish each serving with Premium Vanilla Ice Cream or Whipped Cream. (Serves 6)
