Moist Banana Bread

The smell wafting through your kitchen after baking this banana bread delight is simply irresistible. A great way to get the family to the table!

½ cup Hollandia Dairy Butter
½ cup Hollandia Dairy Sour Cream
1½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas (1½ cups mashed)
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Combine bananas, Hollandia Dairy Sour Cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and Hollandia Dairy Butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350° degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Optional topping: 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 3 tbsp. sugar mixed. Grease pan and add cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon sugar on top of the banana bread before baking. (Serves 6)
