Sour Cream Cookies

Your family won’t believe their taste buds when they first bite into these delicious cookies. And only you will know the secret ingredient!

½ cup Hollandia Dairy Sour Cream
5 tbsp. Hollandia Dairy Butter
2 Eggs
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour 
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375° degrees. Grease cookie sheet. Melt Hollandia Dairy Butter over low heat. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, Hollandia Dairy Sour Cream, and vanilla. Mix in the melted Hollandia Dairy butter and stir until well blended. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and nutmeg and add to egg mixture, stirring constantly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets, 1 inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve with a cold glass of Hollandia Dairy Milk. (Serves 10)
