Zesty Nacho Cheese Chowder

With just a few steps and a quick cook time, moms will love this creamy cheesy soup. It’s everything you love about nachos but without all the mess. Great for hungry kids!

2 cups Hollandia Dairy Milk
½ lb. ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can condensed nacho cheese soup
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 medium tomato, chopped
½ of 8-oz. jar of Mexican-style cheese spread

In a large saucepan, cook beef, green pepper, and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Add soup, Hollandia Dairy Milk, corn, tomato, and cheese spread. Cook about 5 minutes or until soup is hot.
