Banana Breakfast Shake

Bananas and Hollandia Dairy Milk make this shake delicious and nutritious. ‘Yummy’ approved by both kids and adults. The perfect quick morning breakfast, or snack.

1 ½ cups Hollandia Dairy Fat Free or 1% Milk
1 peeled and sliced medium banana
½ tsp. vanilla extract, optional
¼ tsp. almond extract, optional
Cinnamon for garnish, optional 

Combine all ingredients in blender, except cinnamon. Blend until smooth; about 15 seconds. Pour into glasses, and for an extra splash of “yum”, sprinkle with ground cinnamon. 

To turn up the health factor, try it with flaxseed oil, and/or protein or whey powder. (Serves 2)
