Cottage Berry Crunch

A healthy twist on a classic parfait using Hollandia Dairy 1% Cottage Cheese; or substituted with yogurt. For a quick and delicious breakfast or snack. Enjoy it with fresh or frozen berries, but fresh strawberries are highly recommended.

½ cup Hollandia Dairy 1% Cottage Cheese
¼ cup Low-fat granola
Banana slices
Assorted berries 

 


Spoon Hollandia Dairy 1% Cottage Cheese, or yogurt, into serving bowl. Sprinkle with granola and top with fruit. Garnish with fresh currants or other available fresh berries. (Serves 1)
